Construction Update #9 - September 26, 2025
Hello Neighbors,
Form, set, layout, inspect, pour. As Casa Adelante - 1515 South Van Ness continues to grow floor by floor, each level’s deck follows a similar cadence. Level 2 East’s pour occurred just this past Wednesday, September 17th. Around the site, you’ll notice continued work surrounding our utilities and below ground infrastructure.
Update for September 26th
If you have been watching the progress over the last few days, you would have noticed the Level 2 West area columns and walls concrete pours and formwork removal. We have recently been busy installing deck forms, rebar, in-slab MEPs and post-tension cables at the Level 3 West area.
The Level 3 West area in-slab work will continue over the next couple of days, with our next concrete pour scheduled for next week. Per our ongoing cycle, the Level 3 West area concrete will be allowed some time to set, then the post-tension cables will be tensioned, followed by the stripping of the deck forms. By next week, we are rolling right into the Level 3 East area rebar, in-slab MEPs and post-tension cables. The Level 3 East area concrete pour will take place in mid-October.
